Very nice, shred Sensitive paper small enough, never can be recovered. Came with a big bucket, had to find a garbage bag big enough for it. It's pretty loud va our old strip cutter.

It seems to work ok however I don’t think you can put 10 sheets in at a time. It really slows down at about 6 sheets. Another thing with it is that it will shut down and go into overheating mode and you have to wait 40 minutes before you can use it again. It should work fine if you’re just doing a little shredding every now and then.

Unlike one of the other reviews, the shredder I received starts when paper is entered and stops when it has been shredded. 10 pages may be too many. 6 works fine. I have shredded 10 with a paperclip, but would not buy this one if you need this most of the time. It is not a commercial or office shredder, yet it works fine for my home office work. I get much more than 4 minutes before an overheat or stall. I have been using it very heavy for the last couple of days to clear up some files.

This paper shredder does exactly what I need it to do- and does it well! It handles multiple sheets at once with no issues and it shreds them into fine pieces for extra security. I've used it for junk mail, credit card offers, and even old credit cards, and it hasn't jammed once. The bin is a good size and easy to empty, and the machine isn't too loud which is a nice bonus. It is compact enough to tuck under my desk but still feels heavy duty. Great value for the price- highly recommend for home or small office use!

You can make it reverse, hell - you can even turn it on and it will spin, but don't expect it to "read" that you are trying to feed paper into the machine. 30 day money back guarantee if there is a problem. Beyond that deadline you will have to pay a 20% restocking fee even if you can get refund and no refund after 60 days. If you want to waste time on fighting for a replacement after 60 days you can video your shredder not working and send it to them and *if* they determine something is wrong they *may* replace it for you. My much smaller desktop shredder from office supply store lasted me nearly 20 years. This obnoxiously loud behemoth was a poor replacement but I can't seem to find a small shredder worth any quality to match what I had before. It is highly suspect that the sensor for this shredder gives out after only a few months of use. I should have listened to the other negative reviews I read but the positive reviews far outweighed them by a large margin. Lesson learned. This shredder is absolute garbage.
