I like this product a lot. This product helps us to firm our stomachs. We use it when we go out to work out sometime. You can just wear it all day and it would tighten your skin. It's a lot better than some of the other brands that I've used. Thanks for asking.

I love the scent of this product; the scent alone is a great pick me up.

The pictures on the sales page for this product are laughable. No cream will help you lose weight like these claim, but hot creams, and particularly caffeinated ones have been shown to help, especially as you age, because it can take a longer time for your skin to catch up to your weight loss. I use this with a cavitation machine, and I workout regularly, and I have seen some small improvement over time, particularly because this help tighten up some loose skin. That's really what it's for.
