If you are looking for a Sealer for a stained concrete floor then we would suggest another product we have DK400WB. **Q: Does this make the surface repel water?** A: Yes it does! **Q: Does this product have to be reapplied every couple years like an acrylic finish?** A: I wouldn’t think you would have to reseal it if you use a concrete wax on it. Ours are inside. I wouldn’t know if you would have to reseal your concrete if it’s outside. **Q: Can this be applied if concrete is cold?** A: The Concrete Temp should be at least 50 degrees F. Just make sure to read and follow the directions exactly otherwise it might not set up correctly.
