These are absolutely the best I’ve ever eaten.
These are sooooo fresh and huge you will think you have gone to pistachio heaven. If you like you can season them. But the natural taste is too good to hide.

Surprise pistachios are great for your eyesight!
love these pistachios, huge benefit is that my husband and I noticed that our eyesight was getting better. I've never needed glasses, but I've had needed reading glasses after a certain age. Some days my eyes are blurrier than others. Since eating these pistachios and we've gone through several bags already, I noticed that I sometimes can read without reading glasses. It's not perfect, but there were days when I was struggling to look for glasses because I couldn't see the print at all. My husband has macular in one eye and he seems to think that his eye is getting better also. Anyway, since we had this effect, I wasn't sure if it was real or not from pistachios soI looked it up on ChatGPT and this is what it said regarding. Pistachios. Pistachios are rich in lutein and zeaxanthin, two carotenoids that help protect the retina from oxidative stress and filter harmful blue light. They also contain vitamin E and healthy fats that improve absorption of these antioxidants — something carrots (high in beta-carotene) don’t provide on their own unless paired with fat. Zinc in pistachios and other nuts helps transport vitamin A from the liver to the retina. Mu opinion~ only downside is if you can manage to eat only one handful a day because they are shelled. It's very easy to just keep eating them. Advantage of using them is going to have to make me be conservative in eating them. I used to drink carrots for my eyes and since it's pure juice, it can make your blood sugar spike high so pistachios are great and might even be better eye wise. This one has no salt which is which is fine The flavor can stand on its own.

Good option for recipes
The quality of these raw shelled pistachios is good, but the taste isn’t ideal for snacking. They’re a bit bland and don’t have the same richness I’d expect from pistachios eaten on their own. That said, they seem perfect for recipes where the flavor can be enhanced with other ingredients—like baked goods, sauces, or pistachio butter. At $5 for 5 ounces, the price feels reasonable, especially since they’re shelled, which saves time and effort. I’d recommend these for cooking or baking rather than snacking. Worth trying if you plan to use them in recipes.

Raw and Unsalted
These pistachios are raw and unsalted. I find that adding a pinch of pink Himalayan mineral salt is necessary to bring out the flavor. Overall, these are good quality.

Big bag for big baking projects
I use the pistachios in homemade granola. The nuts are tasty, fresh, well packaged.

high quality pistachios
These are excellent pistachios at a reasonable price; I make butter from them and they taste great. I will purchase more. It would be better for me if a this company made a larger bag available, say three pounds . . .
