Q: if I wear a 12 wide what size should buy?

The length is normal, but the width is narrower than that of regular ecco shoes.

Q: i wear adudas 11 shoes which size should i buy?

the prior review was incorrect. Ecco runs on Eu sizes. size 44 if for 10 - 10.5. and 45 is for 11-11.5. I am also a sim 11 US mens. However the 45 is too long. In Ecco I wear the size 44. Also these shoes come with 2 insoles inside on on top of the other so ig you want it wider or more room you can take 1 insole out. Hope this helps.

Found this shoe to have a generous toe box. I have the same issue. However I don't have a wide foot, just toes.
