Since the shipping weight of the entire bottle is 6.4 ounces (~181 grams) and there are 90 pills in a bottle, the 400mg referenced on the label refers to the magnesium taurate itself, not the elemental magnesium content.

**Q: Two pills weigh about 3.2g. 3.2g of pure mg taurate would contain 285mg of mg. they also claim 1g of cellulose. how do you get 400mg of mg?**
