These are great and fit my husband's shoes perfectly. I would recommend the x-large if you are buying for a bigger size shoe. These are sturdy and easy to put together after the first couple and you get the hang of it. Good quality and made a huge organizational difference in our closet!

Size - All of my size 13-14 mens shoes fit... even my ariat boots, the kind that come up just past the ankle. Looks - They're plastic, but they're surprisingly sturdy. I have them stacked 6 high and there's no fear of them falling over. Design - Again, they do exactly what they're supposed to do. The doors stay shut, they're easy to open and access Assembly - This is where I will guarantee you are going to lose your mind trying to put the first one together. I am a very handy guy... construction background... and I was seriously questioning setting these on fire I was so frustrated. However, once you get the first one or two done, and understand what you are doing, they go together pretty easy. Here are my tips... * Start with the back/ventilated piece on the ground * Make sure the plastic is stretched out and the tabs are bent slightly in * Get one side locked in... then the rest go pretty easy * Save the end with the door for last - you can open the door and maneuver the plastic into the track * For stacking, make sure the clips are opposite each other. When you stack, sit one box on top of the other, slightly off center and slide the two together. Another reviewer has some good pictures showing this. The directions aren't very clear on this and I had to take 3 boxes apart. Other than that, they do exactly what they're supposed to, fit up to a size 13/14, look nice, and seem well made

Had the hardest time finding a box long enough for size 13 shoes. For these boxes, I tried different ones of his size 13 shoes in it and they all fit. (Shoes are not all the same length, depending on style.) The one pair of size 14 was able to fit but it was close. Like that they can lock in together. Assembly is a little pain but you get the hang of it. Pay attention when attaching the rear end. You want the prongs facing down so they can lock. The set came without any damage. They are plastic. Don’t expect super heavy duty containers. They do their job and they fit the shoe. I will order more for the husband’s shoe collection.

Works well for the money. They are a little flimsy with very thin plastic walls but hold my size twelve shoes and boots easily.

My closet was a chaotic mess with shoe boxes and clothes, and these boxes were a part of my next organization that I’m in love with!! Good quality, open and close easily, have air hole to keep shoes and closet fresh. Plastic is a good thickness (just pay mind that you are putting pieces in the same direction with each box to they perfectly lock together). Easy to access and pull my shoes in and out. If ur thinking about it, do it!!

I can’t wait to organize my closet with the shoe storage boxes. They were pretty easy to put together, esp. after the first 2 & you have it down, goes by pretty fast. At first I was overwhelmed looking at the contents in the box, but then flew through putting them together. They are sturdy, great quality, lots of room for a pair of shoes. I wear a size 7 & I can fit more than 1 pair in the box (Sandals, flip flops, etc.). Door open /close easily, & stackable. I will definitely be buying more.

So I'm no sneaker head - I'm actually a crafter. I enjoy both knit and crochet. Which means I have a yarn stash. I had a place to store it, but recently I out grew it, and I wasn't totally happy with it anyway because it wasn't very easy to access nor see what I actually had easily. I needed something clear that I could see what I had easily, while also being sturdy. These looked like the perfect solution! They arrived super fast with prime shipping. Honestly, I haven't had anything ship so quickly since before the pandemic. So yay! Unfortunately, I was almost instantly disappointed by the materials.... But that was MY mistake. They are lightweight and seemed flemsy, but the more I put the boxes together, the sturdier I realized they were. So awesome! Sadly, the main thing I need was a way to keep my yarn clean from dust and cat hair, and I didn't notice the huge holes in the back. That's a pretty big disappointment for my needs, and that's why my review is four stars. But let's be honest, that's really more on me than on the boxes. Truth be told, as I started transferring my stash, I liked this set up so much, I really think I may buy another set in a couple of months to help store some of my tools and accessories so that everything is together and, of course, for future yarn purchases. 😉 Overall, this is a pretty great buy. They did take some time to assemble, but we're easy enough to get together. I had a little trouble with the first one, but I found a video for a visual and after that got everything together pretty fast. So don't let that first look fool you - these are pretty strong boxes and can hold a good deal!

Assembly was a little tricky but once you figure it out, they’re actually quite easy. You need to fold the tabs in to make them click in place do the backpiece first place it on a flat surface and then click the moulded box with folded tabs in my starting on one side when you hear the click Finish doing the other three sides. Once we got the hang of it, we had all 12 boxes assembled in about 15 minutes. The doors open and close smoothly and click into place one shot. The boxes also slide into each other vertically to make tall vertical towers. They do not connect horizontally, but the weight of the shoes helps keep them in place. Bought from my son who wears a size 9 men’s and these fit with a tiny bit of room to spare, including high tops. If your shoe size is bigger than this, I would recommend getting the XXL size -we got the XL. Overall, very happy with these boxes and for the price you can’t go wrong. They look great are easy to get your shoes in and out of and keep everything organized. They also have holes at the back to allow the shoes to breathe while inside the boxes. Cannot rate durability as we’ve only had them for about two days but everything looks great so far and seems to be built well. Nothing came broken. Would purchase again. A+
