The build quality of this mount is very good. However, the screen cannot be tilted up or down, because the ball socket doesn't allow very much movement. This is a dealbreaker for many situations, where you need to angle the screen upward or downward, to make the screen easier to see.

I would have given this 5 stars but the second one came with metal part broken where you screw in plastic tablet holder although it seems to work ok without it so not a deal breaker for me. I put them both up myself within 30 mins both times. Movement is fluid and responsive and there is very slight wobble while typing on on-screen keyboard but was expected and is not excessive. I recommend these mounts but check everything for defects prior to installing.

I purchased this stand for the purpose of holding my tablet at eye level in my kitchen. I wanted to be able to swing the tablet out of the way when I wasnt using it and I wanted it off of the counter and so a static stand wouldnt do. For my purposes, the CTA Digital PAD-ATWM Articulating Tablet Wall Mount works perfectly. I knew this stand wouldnt tilt, but I dont need it do so so. It hold the tablet securely and steady.I have repurposed an older kindle that wasnt holding a charge, but still worked. The Kindle is now used to look up recipes on the new york times or other websites and to control the music in the kitchen using the alexa app. I ran the charging cables along the stand using the clips on the stand for this purchase.Installation took little time. I just needed to find a stud, drill some holes using a 5/8" bit and then install the stand. It all took less than 15 minutes and this stand is rock solid. The screws it came with were so long that I have no worries at all about it pulling out of the wall during normal use.

I always wanted my iPad Pro 12.9 2nd generation to be on some sort of arm next to my recliner and this solution works perfect for my setup. It’s also made playing the video game Red Dead Redemption 2 way better, using the RDR2 app along with the game. It’s great watching a movie and we say “who is that actor?’ I just swing my tablet around and open IMDB app, or Google anything anytime. The quality is great. It feels very sturdy and made right. I have the biggest Apple tablet attached AND my tablet has a bulky protective case, so it accommodates a large tablet very well. I also have a USB power cord run along it so it charges while it’s being used. Zero complaints. Any man cave recliner should have one of these! 😎

I bought this arm to hold a tablet in my (podcast/audiobook) recording studio. Since it does NOT adjust up and down, but only horizontally, I had to measure very carefully before installing it so it would hold the tablet at just the right height under my microphone.The tilt up or down is very limited, too, so getting it positioned just right was a fairly big deal, and I can't really change the height of my stool, or the microphone itself, and still expect to use the arm.The tradeoff is that I have a very stable, sturdy holder that allows me to use the touchscreen without a lot of bounce or give. The holder part is gentle on the tablet and releases easily. It's a fine quality product and I expect it to hold up forever.

The first thing to say about this wall mount is - It is mammoth! You could probably hang a good-sized TV on it.That said, it is very well made ... completely over-engineered with heavy metals. It certainly does the job, and I suspect it will last longer than my house...certainly longer than my iPad Pro.It is a bit ungainly. But, does the job and does it very well.

A sturdy product that is easy to install but very limited maneuverability with tablet viewing. I was hoping to install so tablet could tilt between two chairs but you can't move the tablet holder as a swivel view. You can rotate the tablet to either portrait or landscape view. That's the limit of view flexibility. For the price, I was expecting a bit more moveability.Overall, good quality and sturdy. But you could get the same function with a less expensive tablet wall mount due to the limits in tablet maneuverability. 3 stars because I found a different location for it, but it did not work in my expected location.

It so good and sturdy and firm, I fell victim of it. I couldn't fit my 12 inch tablet in it despite the manual says the holder jaw stretches 16.5 inch, it wouldn't open beyond 12 inch. I already started the return, but before packing it down I gave it to my wife to try - how dumb I was - the jaw is spring loaded... But the spring is so firm, I though the corner holder is just affixed permanently.

Purchased for our POS in our food truck. Stays solid during use, but swings clear when not in use. Fits and holds securely our IPad2. Very happy with it.

Bought this to mount an iPad Pro 12.9”. It is a high quality product. I just wish they made one with vertical articulation as well.

The screen does not tilt after being locked in but I'm okay with that. Awesome bracket, installed in seconds.
