I received the product with the pocket not on the same side of the vent and missing velcro for the seat belt section. This leaves the pockets open which causes any leaks to spill over onto the rear seats. Apart from that,while the product looks durable, time would tell how durable it truly is.

I bought this Feb 2022 and used it four times. On my fourth use, one of the clips/locks broke so I had to tie it around the headrest of my car. I was disaappointed. It was for my bulldog (50lbs) and daschhund (15lbs). Once I completed my trip, I went to the Active Pets website and submitted a request for warranty. Three days later, no response. I sent another request and two days later, still not response. I was not happy. I had gone to Amazon's website and verified the warranty for the product which was 3 years, plus, it was not necessary to register the product other than to have the receipt for proof of purchase. I went back to Amazon to write a 2 or 3-star review. I noticed there was, in yellow, a "Get product support" button. I clicked on that and saw a link (that took me to the same website I used previously) and a phone #. I called the # just before 8p (CST) and was surprised that a person actually answered. She told me they answer til midnight. Wow! I explained what happened, gave my purchase order #, email, and mailing address. Before I knew it, she told me they will ship me out a new seat cover and I should have it in three days. The interaction was pleasan and it took less than five minutes to complete this process. I am writing the review since I now have the replacement in my possession I rate the product a 4 of 5 Stars. The material and stitching is sturdy/strong but I am taking a star for the clip breaking. It is actually a good looking product for $40. The standard size is just right for a Lexus ES300. Customer Service: EXCELLENT when you use the Amazon product support button and phone # provided. I would buy a product from this company again.

Good aspects: 1) It is easy to install in the car, 2) easy to clean, 3) my dog is comfortable in it. Bad aspects: 1) low quality of the headrest anchor and seat anchor, it broke after 2 months of use.

Great product especially for long car rides. Saves on seats and less dog hair.

I've tried several dog car seat covers for my SUV over the years, and this one stands out. With two large breed dogs, I needed a cover that is highly water-resistant, easy to clean, offers seat anchors, and provides traction to keep my dogs secure and safe. This cover also allows easy access for my dogs to enter and exit while protecting the doors. The ventilation window ensures air conditioning reaches the back seat. Additionally, it's easy to remove and reinstall for cleaning or when putting the back seats down. The zipper occasionally gets stuck, but a little Q20 and patience usually fix it. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Perfect for keeping the backseat clean. For reference I have a ford fusion. The front where there is the “window” and pocket does hang on the headrests at a slight angle when I make that flap/side taut, but there hasn’t been a problem keeping our dogs secure. I’ve had for about a year now and it’s super easy to clean and still in great condition. Would highly recommend!
