A Drawstring Bag That Works Like a Backpack
I have liked the Cotopaxi style for a while. When I lost my drawstring bag, I was looking to replace it and stumbled upon the Cotopaxi TAGO available at Amazon. The price point was slightly higher than the other brands (Nike, Adidas, Puma, Columbia) that I was thinking would be a like replacement, but I was attracted to the unique colors of the Cotopaxi bag. I had hoped that the bag I would receive would look similar to the item displayed, but it did not.HOWEVER, the color scheme I received was nice, and I liked its uniqueness. I thought I'd try it out at the gym to haul a few things for my workout. This is where I fell in love....with the bag.My old bag was a big drawstring sack. No zippers. No pockets. Nothing fancy. For what I paid for it, it worked great. But the Cotopaxi has pockets and zippered pockets, the daisy chain makes it easy for me to clip my keys and find them. And then there's these two handles at the top, and these make carrying the pack just ... easier. The drawstrings cinch up nicely. Really, my only complaint is that I have a lot of pockets, now, and am still trying to develop a routine to stash stuff in the bag. And then I'm trying to figure out, too, ways to use it other than a gym bag. It just surprisingly versatile, and it's definitely my favorite bag.My old bag was a fraction of the Cotopaxi price, about 8 years ago. Prices have definitely gone up since then. But, for what I got in the Cotopaxi TAGO bag, I am highly satisfied with my purchase and feel it was worth the extra few dollars. For the extra cost, I've got a bag that someone spent some time thinking about its design, and I've got a unique bag that works for a lot of different situations.

Drawstrings hurt
It’s very practical but the strings hurt my shoulders.

Kind of ugly.
While I realize that colors are random, the colors I got wound up far more clashing and incoherent than the promotional photo. Pink, burgundy, teal, red, blue, purple and lavender is a very strange combo. Seems well made and roomy. But, I just dislike how this one looks.

Great bag for everyday use
I was hesitant to buy this because I couldn’t pick the main colors, but I really like the one I received, and I’m pretty sure I’d keep any bag they sent me. Looks great and holds a decent amount of stuff. Comfortable. High quality.

His backpack, although nice, it was not as described in the ads. Therefore, I returned it.

Amazing bag
Great company and the most useful drawstring bag ever! It has pockets and a zipper pouch and this cool string to hang things on. Opens and closes easily and it has handles to carry if you’d like. So amazing. So happy I found this bag

The only thing negative is that it doesn't have a zipper compartment. Otherwise, I love this bag!
