This is my first time trying this brand of black ginger. What attracted me to the product is it is inside of a glass bottle which ensures its freshness and potency. The previous brand I used is more expensive, but effective. This brand has a lower price. It is as potent as the leading brand without taking as many capsules. I would recommend using this product product. Update: I recently purchased another bottle and I've decided to make this brand my choice of black ginger. Once finishing the first purchase it was obvious that you can't beat its effectiveness of the product compared to the price of others. I will be loyal customer.

Started taking these a couple days ago and started to feel really dizzy recently. I checked my blood pressure and it has elevated from my usual 123/78 to 136/83. Not sure if this is a side effect of Thai Ginseng, but will be decreasing the dose.

Be careful with this supplement. It's much stronger than other brands and you might want to take just half a capsule per day.

It's too soon to say, I've been taking it for 8 days and I've seen no results.
