I know this is a us company but is the food made in the us if not where is it made?

Our products are made in the USA. Our dry cat foods are made in a facility in Kansas. Our Chicken, Turkey, Beef and Bison are all cage free, free range and are sourced from within the United States. We use certified suppliers that meet our requirements and specifications. All fish is wild caught and our Ocean Fish Meal is Menhaden Herring, sourced from the Atlantic ocean.

Our Salmon and Pollock are sourced from the Bering Strait. All of our superfoods and whole grains are sourced from the United States and Canada.

All ingredients are tested a minimum of 4 times before they are allowed to enter our facility. Samples are retained throughout the manufacturing process to ensure consistency and that everything is within our specifications. The final product is tested and inspected before packaging, we reject any batch that does not meet our standards and pass our tests 100%.

Additionally, we do have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed so anything purchased can be returned to the retailer for a refund or exchange if for some reason your pets don't like our food.

Of all your dry food for cats/kittens which has the absolute lowest carbs? My vet said u r good company but ask about carbs. 😀?

Question 3

Has anyone notice there is a lot of powdery food in the bag? Every scooping but in the bowls is  powdery. It makes a mess in the bowls.

I've had that problem too. They used to vacuum seal the bags, but they don't do that anymore. I end up throwing a lot of it out. I may stop buying Solid Gold, which is really a shame.

Why does the color of the food differ from one bag to another?

There are different kinds of this food/different ingredients, but the same basic ingredient. This is awesome food for a cat in addition to tuna which helps the immune system.
