It never left my house and was always in a climate controlled environment. I contacted customer service via email and after trouble shooting we came to the conclusion that the USB-C port on the pedal was broken. The rep asked for my original order number and address and within a few days I received a brand new pedal. Now, this process took a couple weeks to complete. I'm on the east coast of the US and, wherever their customer support is, they were replying to me between midnight and 2 am my time. This meant every step of the process required a day to complete. Every question asked, every "try this now." This isn't a knock on Xsonic, just an FYI to anyone who might run into an issue.
