Highly recommend having this before or after a workout. You can always add some coffee or cocoa power or honey or granola and blend if you're after flavour. I add 2 dates to my drink prior to my workout.

Sad I can't give zero stars. The product is not consumable. It doesn't dissolve and the end product feels like clay or dry dough. So you couldn't even eat it to get the protein if you wanted to. Also NO RETURNS, so you're stuck with it. Skip, avoid, move on to the next option.

Considering it a bit pricey, would be great to know the % of filler in the product (sunflower lecithin) That aside, only protein that does not leave me bloated, I am lactose intolerant as well. Not available in my country to I ship it all the way to Singapore! Does not need to be blended which is great. I just use it in room temperature water in a tumbler with a ball whisk. The unflavored tastes like....ok so the taste is so mild i want to says it has almost zero taste! Which is great - i can use it in any smoothie or even baking and desserts. It foams up quickly if you blend it. Not the cheapest protein but unless I can find another one, I'll keep buying.
