Too sweet for me. But works great.

Bought this due to cheaper price than other brands. But found out quickly why it's cheap. The powder won't dissolve even if you mix with a spoon for 3 mins in a plain glass of water. It just floats on top until you rigorously stir and throw off your arm and shoulder. In my opinion, the ingredients are cheap and artificial, which is causing this. So never going to order again.

Taste: 1 out of 5 - taste (watermelon) is too cloyingly sweet and makes you not want to drink it. I use a 64 oz bottle of water and the taste is even overpowering for that in the diluted state. Another workout buddy said he could smell it while I was adding water to the powder and he was standing 5 feet away. Effectiveness: 3 out of 5 - seems to work on reducing soreness as expected compared to other brands but doesn't function any better. There don't appear to be any dietary side effects

All BSN products have their holographic sign in their packages. But this product does not have a sign, which most probably means that the product is fake. How can you explain it ?
