For this item, it cannot be used as builder gel for nail extension. I used a dotting tool to create the pattern and as soon as I was happy with it I put my finger straight under the lamp to cure it. I did each finger individually with the blooming gel as it doesn't take long to get the desired effect. If you Go wrong just wipe off with mail varnish remover and go again until you're happy.
