The transfer speed works well for everything from JPEGs to RAW files to PSD project files. It’s reliable and gets the job done, so I’ll definitely continue to purchase these regularly!

As a professional digital producer, this product offers me too many things for the price. It has great space for hundreds of videos and pictures. It also helps me to be organized with all the content I use on all my platforms. This includes the product being compatible with all my devices (tablets, computers, and phones) and connecting very fast when you connect it to the devices.Is a great product for producers, creators or people with a lot of content.

Was told by my computer repair guy this was the one they buy. Solild state, so it's fast, but costs more and should last longer, I'm told. So far so good. Comes with two cords depending on what you have available. One is way faster, like the ones phone used. It worked with my Windows setup and BluOs music system, hassle free. Only had a week but so much better than old style drive. Used a free program called Total Commander to back stuff up onto it. Easier than Robocopy. BUT you have to be careful whend downloading it, you just want that program, not the extra garbage.

I bought one of these and it was FANTASTIC! Everything i wanted it to be, just like a large capacity USB thumb drive, fast fast transfer speeds, and exactly the storage advertised. It didn't even get overly hot when in use. it was SO GOOD in fact that after a time i purchased another. Which had terrible, no good awful performance and one-hundredth the transfer speed expected under same conditions. Thus i elected to return it and Amazon is being laggardly in refunding my purchase price. More to follow.

This is my second one. I loved my first one, but it's currently holding my entire music collection! This one will hold my videos and miscellaneous information that I need to always have with me. I use it with my iPad, iPhone, MacBook, and Windows machines. It's a great, rugged piece of kit—worth every penny. I'll most likely buy another one just for redundancy.
