One of the casters (wheels) arrived broken, but I received prompt feedback from their customer service team and received two replacement casters in reasonably timely fashion (they took about 2 weeks to arrive from Israel, during the holidays). Assembly is straight-forward although typically annoying - the casters are not so easy to get into the "feet" of the chair, and the screws included to fasten the armrests to the back/seat are slightly too short to catch the grooves easily. A slightly longer screw would take care of this issue no problem.
