My Bosch clothes washer wasn’t draining even though I could hear and feel the pump running. It threw a code too and wouldn’t run once it did. Based on forums I read with regard to the code, I decided to replace the pump with this one. It works perfectly, no longer throws codes, and my world is clean again. The instructions stated that I needed to take the back panel off to replace it. This was inaccurate. It can easily be replaced from the front. I recommend putting a little silicone grease on the four rubber feet that slide into little “keyhole” slots, as well as on the outlet tube to make them easier to get in place.

I wasn't sure it was the right model for my Bosch Nextt 500 washer due to the drain hose and the different colored back end. The drain hose is a nice modification to the unit (allows you to drain water before clearing obstructions). Installing was not to difficult. Just keeping track of the different screw types to go where. It helps to have something to life it up on or keep it tilted back to get it out. The hardest part was the Gromit baffle retainer wire. IT was a pain to get back on and took two people to make it easier. There was a online youtube video to show you how.

Had a burned out drain pump on Bosch NEXXT 500 Plus WFMC 5801UC/15, which registered as E:13 error code. Following YouTube videos, I was able to replace the unit through the front circular access panel. It was somewhat challenging getting the device and my hands to fit inside, but it is possible.Plugging in the power cable was spatially the most challenging. I found that by orienting the cable port to the floor and flipping the drain cover portion towards the ceiling, I could get the cable inserted in the proper orientation. I recommend looking closely at the power plug and port to figure out how to orient the plug. I wasted 10 minutes at least blindly trying to plug it in upside down.As some other have mentioned, the exit drain hose does not fit exactly for me. I spent at least 30 minutes trying to get it to completely seat with the square pegs into the holes. I was unable to do so. The O-ring seems secure enough, however, and I have not had any leaks to date.Otherwise seems to function great. I have not experienced any noise problems that others have reported.

Fit my Bosch Nexxt 100 washer, the power clip is upside down compared to the original, and it has a drain tube for the sand trap. It took more time to reinstall the front door gasket than the pump, but a tiny notch ground into a pair of needle nose pliers and it was done. Use a little grease to hold the plastic door hinges together while assembling to make that easy. Total time to change was about 3 hours with cleaning everything while it was apart

Got the first 2 delivered w plastic piece broken due to improper packaging. third was ok and packaged the same way. Discharge hose didn't fit properly needed to put a hose clamp over the connection. so far works well after 10 loads and I expect the discharge hose will hold ok w the clamp, but wasted a lot of time trying to get a perfect fit. can't beat the price compared to a bosch replacement part. Other than the discharge hose issue it was relatively easy to install.

I was worried that this was not going to work and was extremely happy that my worries were completely unfounded. It breathed new life into my 14 year old washer and I couldn't be happier! I had a professional install it (it took under an hour) to ensure everything was properly connected and reassembled. Very very happy!

Box had been crushed, pump had numerous bits broken off, cobbled it together with zip-ties and it works for now, kept it because really need to get laundry done, now searching for a new one from someplace better
