Also, it says it comes with a power supply, even has the picture of the power supply in the pictures of the product,and there was no power supply to be found. It does run on bus power,and it does show up on my PC as 4 separate ethernet ports which is cool but I'm guessing if I need full gigabit on all four ports I'm gonna need the power supply- which as I said was NOT included. AND, Amazon is NO help in rectifying this. It's either "return the whole thing" or just "forget about it".
