This is an amazing formula, especially for people who need to improve their elimination. And in the 1 pound bag, you can get up to 1300 capsules which costs about 1/3 of what bottles of capsules sell for here. Just get a capsule machine [about $25] and empty capsules and fill your own capsules. It's easy. I don't think you'd want to take this stuff other than in capsules. Look up the Herbal Legacy website by Dr Christopher for instructions on how to use this product long term. By maintaining perfect elimination you can prevent yourself from the majority of major degenerative diseases. Update : While the idea of detoxifying my colon with this formula looked good on paper, after 2 or 3 weeks I started having small amounts of poop come out of me that I had no control over, therefore I decided to stop taking LBF long term. I may take LBF a few times of year to help detox my GI tract but taking it long term is not going to work for me. Even after I lowered my dose, I still had the same problem. I lowered my rating from 5 stars to 3, but that's just my personal experience with LBF. Yours may be better.

I like the option to make my own pills other then buying them. I use this formula when I travel. It’s the best solution I’ve found to staying regular on the road and I’ve tried several different types. It’s not a laxative it simply gets the colon working in the morning.
