Feels natural to use on every saw cut every time after the first day
I have been doing woodworking for 60 years and can't adequately explain how much safer I feel when pushing wood through the table saw, router table, and band saw. This is so grippy, it is wonderful to use! I love the angled handle that helps hold work to the fence, as well as the drop-down hooks on the ends of the tool (which can be locked up out of the way). This feels good in the hand and is of really good quality. It is night and day better than other manufactured push sticks, or especially my fingers! Easy to use and takes an hour or two to make it an SOP every time! So now I own two!

Hardcore Gripping Power. Perfect for the Jointer.
Pros: Angled handle Design works well for the way your body is positioned when moving material through. Most decent push blocks will have this design. * Gripping surface is amazing IF you keep it clean. Use mineral spirits or alcohol to clean the pads. * If you buy 2, you can push material through hand over hand. * Build quality is spot on. They are absolutely worth the price. * The drop down cleats are awesome. These are gravity fed, not spring loaded. But use them to push through, not anything else. On a jointer, keep your downward pressure on the out feed side. Use the gravity cleats to push the last part through. Cons: A little pricey.

sturdy but not heavy
If you ever have a weird feeling when you think of running your fingers across your router table or watch a video of some guy with his hand flat on a work piece putting a groove in the underside.... This is a tool that will remove some of that. This push block replaces your hand keeping the work piece flat against the table and flush to a fence if you are using one. Even if you have misjudged the height of the bit, you lose a little of the rubber rather than your fingerprints and frankly that rubber seems to hold things better than my hand anyway. It works just the way that it should. The little tabs drop into place to provide lateral stability and pushing power and lock away when not needed. Well made, sturdy but not heavy.

An improvement over conventional push blocks
I bought two of these to use on a jointer (mostly) and on a router table. The attraction was the end stops that make it easier and safer to push the far end of a board through the jointer. The end stops work well, and the knobby rubber face of the push block grab the surface of the wood effectively. It's possible to lock the end stops up so that they don't get in the way, but it's not possible to lock them down, so in theory they could flip up and loose their hold on the end of the wood. The push block is fairly large, and for my purposes it would be better if it was a bit narrower and shorter, especially for use on the router table. However, the overall design is a definite improvement over conventional rubber-faced push blocks.

Great safety too
Repeat order - hubby bought same product a few months ago and requested a second one. He likes the fact he can cut thin stipes of wood on the table saw while protecting himself from the saw blade. He uses both at the same time to feed wood along the fence when cutting thin pieces of wood.

Your fingers will thank you
Works perfectly on several of my wood working machines, fits my hand nicely and keeps my fingers away from sharp spots. Gave it 5 stars but only 4 would stick. FIVE stars

Si vous utilisez une toupie/défonceuse sous table ou si vous découpez des grands panneaux à la table, c'est indispensable. C'est très cher pour ce que c'est, mais c'est costaud et on ne plaisante pas avec la sécurité sur les machines.
