Herculesgrip works like the real thing without leaving a mess behind. My gym accepts the use of liquid chalk so I will be using this product for a while. It was easy to use! I applied a small penny like size amount on my palm and spread it evenly on both hands. After 10 seconds of air drying (wave your hands around) I was good to go. I was able to perform my powerlifting workout routines without any problems the grip is just like the one from conventional chalk. I would recommend this product if your gym has banned powder chalk and you’re looking for something similar without the mess. ### ⭐⭐ Works great if you can actually get it out of the tube. *by J***. on December 7, 2017* This is a great alternate to the powdered chalk. The only reason I took one star away is because the tube tends to clog a lot. It also separates a bit so it can get kind of messy if you have a clog then a bunch of liquid sprays out when you go to clear it. Overall though I recommend this. It stays on better and gives me better grip than the powder chalk.*EDIT*After using this chalk a bit longer. It is very frustrating because it constantly gets clogged and it is very hard to unclog it. I have a ton of it left but can hardly use it because I can only get out a tiny bit at a time.
