TOTAL Waste of Time!
I purchased these bed skirt holding pins to keep a dust ruffle attached to the box spring. It was a total waste of time of time trying to use them. The pins will actually bend in your hand with your finger! They are like very thin stick pins! When I tried to push the pins into the bed, some of them would just fall apart - the pins come unattached from the plastic. Other pins would bend at a complete 90 degree angle to the plastic piece. It was kind of like trying to use a stick pin made out of staple strength metal to push into a bed, and it bends going through the fabric of the bed skirt. A total waste of time and energy. I took the bed apart to put on the bedskirt, only to have to reassemble the bed without completing the project.

Continued dissatisfaction
I recently bought these to attach a wrap-around bed skirt. Unfortunately, one already broke. I "found" one of the attaching prong/pins by stepping on it when I got up. One of them had broken free of the plastic bracket holding it. I would be wary of using these where there is any chance a child might be (i.e., hiding under the bed!). UPDATE: These pins get worse with wear. Since my original review, another pin broke and several have fallen out completely. Thankfully, I have not injured myself on one yet, but when I went to dust mop under the bed this morning, I found 4 loose pins lying under the dust ruffle.

These worked for my needs
These worked fine for my needs. However, one did break easily. There were enough to attach my dust ruffle to my queen sized box spring.

Really Work!
These are the best bed skirt pins and I always use them, though they can be difficult to find at Bed Bath and Beyond and other stores. But they are available on Amazon regularly. They are easy to use and really do what they are intended for--hold the bedskirt in place. They are so much better than the screw pin type.

Perfect!
I've bought these before for another bed skirt. They are perfect. EASY, easy, to use. Even for my arthritic thumb. They do a super job holding the bed skirt firmly in place. Also, I love that they come in a styrofoam cub, so simple and safe (they're sharp) storage for any unused pins.

easy to put these in and easy to fall out!!
Don't like because they keep falling out. I have stepped on a few that I didn't see when making the bed and it is painful!! Will not buy again!

Great little aggravation saver
Seem like just the thing I've been looking for. Using safety pins all these years but these seem much more efficient and a lot easier to use.

Too fragile
They’re very fragile and several of them broke while I was pushing them through the bed skirt and into the box spring. They don’t stay put either. When I’m making the bed they pop out. I ended up using some large safety pins instead. That worked better.
