I thought I could picture what large size to meant it's about 2 in wide. It was comically large. But I cut it in half and gave one each to my 50 lb dogs. They liked it. The smell, although not offensive at first became a smell I can not stand. I mean the smell of the tree not of the breath although it probably helped the dog's breath a little. I'm not sure if these or any dog teeth treats do anything for anybody but what else are us dog obsessed people going to do? We're going to keep spending money on things that may or may not work because we love our good girls and boys.

Compared to greenies or the Costco version , there is no comparison they are awful. My dog a standard poodle won't eat these, they are as hard as a rock. there must be something in the recipe that she doesn't like the taste.

THERE ARE ONLY 3 STICKS IN THIS BAG! At almost $10 each, you have to ask yourself, really? Stick to the medium size for any kind of value for your money.

Dogs love them... I give them a daily dental stick every day and I give one of these once a week. I bought these previously to see how they liked them. It was a hit. They're large so it gives them a nice sit down chew. Had a to take them in to the vet recently, all 3 dogs (large) and they all have great teeth! One just had a little sign of tarter. Wish they weren't so expensive though. To give one a week for 3 dogs is almost a 100 bucks. But it's better than a dental bill for them...
