Best Lifting Cross Training Shoe
I have been working out for almost 5 years and have never found a shoe I can run and lift in that provide good support but also are flat for lifting. Not to mention they are totally affordable and I love the colors. I liked the mens color options more than the women in this shoe so I just ordered the adjusted size in mens shoes and they fit perfect. Somewhat wider in the toe area which is great to allow your toes to spread out during lifts. Overall, really love these shoes and will eventually buy again once they are no longer white. LOL.

Best X-Trainer
I’ve had these 3 months now. They fit as expected and have a great look. Lift performance is really balanced even for heavy deadlifts, just as good as my chucks… powerlifters may have a hard time believing that but I’d encourage you to try them out. Awesome buy. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the tag on the rear of the shoe and the lace loops are white suede and are impossible to keep clean.

Good cross-training shoes; laces are short
I like these shoes a lot, but I’ll get my main criticism out of the way right off the bat: the laces are way too short. If you thread the laces through all the holes and then tighten everything down pretty hard, you’re left with just enough length to tie a single knot that ends just above the plastic caps at the end of the laces. This means the shoes come untied fairly often. Not the end of the world. I’ll just buy some after-market laces. But it is annoying and I don’t know how Reebok didn’t catch this issue. I have pretty narrow feet and I’m guessing someone with thicker feet might not even be able to get these shoes tied. Now that’s off my chest, here’s what’s good about these shoes. I bought them for cross-training—mostly lifting and HIIT workouts—and they perform well for both. The soles are almost flat and the heel has a modest rise, so they work great for powerlifting. These same features make me think they wouldn’t be ideal for running any distance other than shorts sprints. They didn’t feel super comfortable the first day I wore them, but they broke in great after one or two workouts. I feel very stable and comfortable while doing squats and deadlifts. They’re the right combination of supportive and flexible to be great for box jumps, burpees, jumping rope, etc. At the same time, they have a pretty rigid sole that keeps the foot from moving all over the place during explosive movements like jumps. They’re comfortable enough that I’ve been wearing them around town to run errands, and they’re nice and breathable. I’ve only had them about a week so I can’t speak to how they’ll hold up. But I bought them to replace an earlier generation of Nanos I wore for like 6 years before they gave out, and this pair feels more solid, if anything. Thicker soles and more reinforcement.

Great for Cross Training
Nice wide toe box and great for a neutral foot. Not for long runs, but great for sprints and medium length, combined with strength training. The wide base makes excellent stability for dead’s and squats. I wore my nano x1s into the dirt and retired them for these. If Reebok makes ANYTHING worth having this would be the shoe.

Comfortable and durable
I bought these because I like the Nano line. I prefer the Nano 8, but can’t find them anymore. These are a solid shoe, but I feel the sole is too thick. Part of the allure for me for the old style was the minimal sole. Still a good, solid workout shoe

Great shoe for Cross training/medium weight lifting
I was able to get these at a great price one Saturday, so placed an order for my normal size 10. These arrived, and in trying them on, I noticed they fit a bit longer than my normal fit. I went to return and rebuy the 9.5 , but the price difference was 50% greater. I didn't want to spend double the money for a small size change. Shoes are great though. Worked really, really, well for centering myself for planted lifts, (weighted squats, bench, deadlift, etc), and I wear them in a dynamic Power Weights class, even had them out on the track. Just wish I could have them a half size down, but they sinch up so snuggly, its okay.

Comfortable shoe with a neutral fit - great for weightlifting but also casual wear
Honestly very happy with these shoes. They have a wide toebox and not too much arch support on the inside which leads to a very neutral and comfortable fit. The lower is firm but not rock hard - so they feel supportive enough for heavy deadlifts but won't feel as atrocious on a run as real platformed "weightlifting" shoes. The upper is mesh and very stretchy which leads to an extremely comfortable fit around the midfoot and toes, although I could understand if it is too loose for some peoples tastes. For me its perfect. I love not feeling restricted in the movement of my feet and also being able to easily slide the shoe on and off. I also personally think the shoe looks pretty good. Overall 9/10 will probably buy a second pair of these since I heard the X3 are slightly narrower and tighter fitting.

Very nice pair of shoe for the gym
I use it almost everyday at the gym. They are sturdy and look good. I do not like to run with them (200m to 800m when you do CrossFit wod) but for the rest it is very good.
