Got this for birthday party at a discount from Amazon and it was nice.. requires some work blowing up the balloons and assembling them on the arch strip but the end result was great.

No Banner Included
Purchased for my husbands birthday a few days ago to find that there is no banner included. His birthday is tomorrow. Seems that all the other pieces are present including a balloon pump, but what are 50 balloons without a banner for the occasion?
