Liberty Oil, Clear Nonstaining Oil for Lubricating All Moving Parts of your Sewing Machine. Large 4 Ounce Bottle

All Liberty oils and lubricants work very well, are a great value, and are shipped better than other bottled lubricants. Even though I didn't mean to order this specific version, it works just as well as the normal lubricant that I normally buy from Liberty. Liberty has the best price for clock, fishing reel, sewing machine, etc. lubricants, and at 4 Oz, it is a good quantity for my everyday use and lasts far longer than other companies' 1 Oz bottles that aren't always comparable (usually lesser quality or overhyped quality) sell for the same price. Liberty also ships their bottles with a regular cap and a seperate needle tip dispenser cap, some of them with 2 or 3 different sizes. There is no leakage issues. I have tried other companies' lubricants and they ship with leaking bottles or dispensers that must always be kept upright. I primarily use this oil for fishing reels, bicycles, skateboards, and other outdoor gear with great results and no issues. They are scent free, non staining, do not destroy painted surfaces or non metal surfaces, like many other lubricants do. They are dust resistant. They have just the right viscosity for the purposes they are made for. The needle applicator is perfect for getting into hard to reach spots and also fits in reels with needle tip ports. No matter what platform you use to purchase Liberty oils/lubricants, because they keep their prices close across all platforms, you will always get the best deal for these lubricants. I do use spray lubricants occasionally, but for pur lubricants, Liberty has the best home use pour lubricants.

This is pretty standard sewing machine oil - clear lubrication for fine motors. There is plenty of oil for years of use, and I suspect it would also work on electric shaving razors and hair cutting clippers that require high quality lubricants in small doses. The needle applicator is excellent for getting into hard to reach spots and dispensing controlled quantities. The price was as good as one might find - the rare retailers of sewing supplies (mostly disappeared during the last half-decade) can't match the price I paid for this item. I am glad it is non-staining. I over-did it and got a drip on my work from overhead gears. I replaced the screw cap and keep the needle applicator separate (together in a little leak-proof container). That should avoid the leakage some might experience - I think it makes sense to lock down the bottle and maintain a lower profile with your separate applicator handy when you need to use it. The little red applicator cap is just a little red cap while you use it; I wouldn't count on it to stay put during storage. Store the bottle upright, it's lubricant - notorious for getting by valves and screw caps laying down. Also, the plastic bottle can be squeezed - don't tempt fate in storage.

I use this on my 3D printer's linear rails and it works perfectly. Clear, non-staining, and doesn't gum up over time like some thicker lubricants. The precision tip bottle makes it easy to apply exactly where you need it without making a mess. Also works great on door hinges and locks around the house. Versatile little bottle.

I bought this oil after consulting my sibling that owns a clothing company that has 10 heavy duty industrial sewing machines. Completely cleaned and lubricated my sewing machine recently. The machine runs flawlessly and amazingly quite now with this oil. As a avid skateboarder, I found out that this oil works exceptionally well as a wheel bearing lubricant. The low viscosity of this oil is perfect for bearings. I’ve tried many skateboard specific bearing oils over the last 40+yrs and this oil is as good or better than those currently on the market at a lower price. All the skateboards I own are so much faster now that I use this oil. The dispenser attachment that’s included, is perfect for getting into specific hard to reach areas of the sewing machine and also gives precise amounts of droplets. Absolutely will be buying this oil again when I need more!

Excellent quality light oil. It's sole as sewing machine oil but I use it on lead screws on CNC router and laser equipment. Works great. Would recommend

I bought this sewing machine oil to lubricate some oscillating fans and wanted a pin applicator so as to be precise and not make a mess. This was perfect for my purposes and now my fans are just as quiet and efficient as they were when they were brand new! I read some reviews stating that the oil was some off color, but that wasn't the case for me, my bottle contains almost perfectly clear oil. I'm very satisfied.

This was recommended for my smartstitch embroidery machine. I especially love to tip that allows a small drip with needing to be squeezed or pouring everywhere.

Used it on my bedroom and bathroom hinges and it worked like a charm the noise every time they where opened or closed was driving me crazy does not have a smell like WD40
