I love this pan. When heat management is used correctly, nothing sticks, so don't use high heat. Use low to moderate only on this an other high quality stainless steel and cleaning will be easy. Pre-heat it before use for several minutes (I do at least five.) Then put in the oil and, when the oil shimmers, the pan is ready to sear.

Before purchasing this pan, I did a good amount of research on stainless steel pans. I almost bought the more expensive one on a Prime Day but am glad I missed the sale because this pan is much cheaper but probably as good. I learned how to use and take care of it before started using, and so far I am super happy with it. I made eggs and pancakes with no sticks at all. And cleaning is a breeze. It's not too heavy for a petite girl like me, and the size is just perfect for what I need. I use it everyday for various dishes and works perfectly. The handle is rounded and easy to hold, and the big plus is that it doesn't get hot while cooking. Just a note for a new stainless steel pan users: Don't use steel sponge to clean. Also no stainless steel spatula for it will scratch the surface.

Looks great and works well for sautéing, browning and braising. Non-stick when preheated appropriately (use water bead test). Cleans easily with detergent or BKF. So glad I didn’t go with the more expensive Italian version of this pan.

It's Big. It's heavy. It's got nice depth. The handle stays 'cool' so you can actually 'use' the handle. It heats evenly. Nothing has 'stuck' to date. I'm sure you can find something that will if you try, but we have not had any issue with a variety of meats, veggies and even some cheese. And on that note, super easy to clean (officially Dishwasher safe, but we hand wash ... takes no time). It's a great pan ... to the point our next pot/pan upgrade will be a Misen.

Just purchased this beautiful (and heavy) Misen 3QT Sauté pan. It is a dream to cook in and prepare a tasty meal. No regrets, and nothing stuck. Cleaned up like new!

Only flaw is with induction. It works on induction, but on higher setting, a high pitched vibrating sound will happen. Definitely not as loud or annoying as some of my cookware (those with welded bottoms, I suspect), but I was expecting non-given that it is ply and rivetted. Can't say why I get the sound from this, but there is one. Only reason it's not 5 stars.

Nonstick as promised and still going after 1 year

Very well made looks and feels premium, just used it to cook eggs and with that it has no issues, anything else I can't say...its bloody expensive for sure.
