We happened upon this sauce at a restaurant in Seattle. Now its a staple in our kitchen.

Amazing sauce I tried it when a buddy from work brought it in I borrowed some from him for 2 weeks until I was able to receive my order such a great sauce hope to see it in stores on east coast!

I use this every time we make curry dishes! Really takes it up a notch and keeps the others in the family who don't like spicy food happy. I always make sure to have a bottle in the fridge. It's a unique style of hot sauce, and once you try it, you'll never look back.

Absolutely love the flavor. Perfect heat level, a hint of sweet, and perfect for everything you want to kick-er up. I go through a bottle plus a month. It's not salsa but good to splat over eggs etc.

This hot sauce is my all time favorite and that is hard to do if it isn't habanero sauce. I happen to be looking in the discounted bin at Safeway. I guess they bought a case and it did not sell so they marked it half off. I was intrigued by the curry in the sauce so I got it. I love curry. It became my all time favorite hot sauce. I went back to buy the rest three days later and they were all gone. It took me a while to get through the bottle that is until my daughter came over. She loves hot sauce too. She tried all my hot sauces and deemed this one her favorite. She proceeded to use the rest of it that weekend. When I went online and looked it was very pricey but since I don't use a lot, but use it daily I decided it was worth the flavor and bought another one for full price. My daughter's coming this weekend I hope she doesn't eat it all again.

WOW! So I stumbled upon this sauce from one of those Thrillists (http://www.thrillist.com/eat/nation/regional-hot-sauces-hot-sauce-map_) wherein they listed out the 23 favorite hot sauces from around the country. I was intrigued by the description of this sauce from Seattle and just had to try it. I took a risk buying two bottles for over $20 after tax and shipping, but I am sure glad I did. This stuff rocks! Kind of like a sriracha with curry and garlic and with a good kick. This is great on chicken wings, burgers, pizza, added to pastas and veggies. I took a bottle into one of my favorite dive bars that has good food and EVERYONE loved it! A friend and I then went in together on a 12 pk case to get the price per bottle down!Now, I'm just hoping that they'll quickly see that they have a market here in Dallas (and will hook me up because of it) and start selling it wholesale to retailers down here! Before long, I'm sure the hipsters in Austin will learn of it too.

Love this sauce!!!! I was gifted it and once I tried it I started putting it on everything. My other favorite sauces went to the wayside and this one is “IT”! I ran out about a month ago and the store that sold it doesn’t carry it anymore so I checked on Amazon. So glad to have this back in my fridge! It has a great garlic base with not too much vinegar a nice complexity of peppery spiciness. I use it for eggs, pizza, all meats, add to nachos and all ethnic foods that use peppers and garlic... Absolutley wonderful!

Surprisingly tasty and decent heat level ("medium"-"high-medium). The label is horrible, but pretty good price for the amount you get and flavor. Great on chicken.
