Delivery was fast and can't wait to work on it after my current project. Only giving 4 stars since I haven't had a chance to open the box and ensure everything is there and in good condition.

I was unaware that I had to assemble everything in and on the house. My 6 year old granddaughter got mad after 20 minutes.

It looks like a pretty simple project compared to that also put out these 'puzzles'. The quality is good.

This item's instructions are poorly written and the pieces needed to assemble are missing. We're not sure if it was previously purchased and then returned without the pieces or they were just not included...

This is the cutest little house! The only problem is that the craftsmanship is crap. There were 4 pieces of the structure that were warped, no damage to the box, and the so called stairs that went from the basement to the bedroom were way too short! I had to do the best I could by kinda covering the bottom with a plant with vines. Still it pissed me off. 😖There were other small problems but I'm going to stop with the major ones I mentioned.Buyer beware.I'm not sure if other companies make this, but it's worth your time to check. Thank you.I hope this will help in some way.
