The one review photo looks like a Gillian hat** A: The hat comes smashed from the packaging but you can sort of shape it. It's kind of floppy because of that. I put it on another hat for a few days so it could regain its shape. Then you just have to play with it and put bobby pins in the right places to get it to look right on your head. It is not the best made, but it only cost $30 and came with a ton of stuff (dress, collar, gloves, hat, hair comb), so I wasn't expecting Gucci. I am 5'4" and normally wear a size 6-8, and the dress fit perfectly and was flattering. I can easily imagine it on someone taller and bigger because it had a lot of stretch. The gloves were baggy and slid down - just something to wear for an initial impression then take off when it comes time to eat and drink.The boa and cigarette holder don't come with the outfit, but I did buy the former separately to round out the effect. I came across the Lady Luck costume and was intrigued. Everyone loved it at all the parties I attended and there was not one other Lady Luck which is always a positive.Overall I really liked this costume. The dress was very nice and fit well for a standard size. I'm a size 10 and I think even if I was a 12 it would have fit. The back ties are very short and dumb however so those could go. The slit is EXTREMELY high and I recommend wearing shorts underneath or you might show the world your undies. It does shed green so keep it away from your black clothes.Now for the accessories. Had I not paid $25 for this dress I might not be leaving this glowing review. The accessories are crap. I modified my dress a lot by adding a simple gold chain belt I had laying around and hanging the dress accessories to it. Thankfully the accessories were only pinned onto the dress and were very easy to remove. If you like modding a costume to your own personal tastes this dress is good for that. I was able to turn the earrings into extra accessories for my belt and my headband. The gloves are trash. The hat actually isn't that bad and if I didn't despise hats I would have worn it. I made my own little head band with some mini cards from the dollar store, old poker chips, and the spare dice from the earrings.My total cost for the Lady Luck look was about $40 if I count the price of the belt, the headband, dice earrings I bought, and pantyhose. For a complete unique costume you cannot beat $40. The dress held up well and I look forward to wearing it again. So, if you need a base costume and aren't the most crafty this is a great easy+cheap costume to put together and all I needed was a glue gun. No sewing. It fits well (not too tight, not too loose). I'm wearing it to our company holiday party next weekend (a casino party). I will say, it's very low cut for a company party. I'm going to have to get some kind of mesh, or maybe just stuff more fake $100 bills in my "horseshoe" between my girls so I don't expose myself more than I want. I'm 49 & I think this would be great for any age. Also bought the $100 bill boa, which is SO much fun! The only thing I'd say is that the gloves are really baggy, so I'll have to get others, and I'd like a cigarette holder.
