This is HANDS down the best odor and stain remover I’ve ever used in my entire life. We’ve been having some issues with our dog and our cream colored carpets didn’t stand a chance until I found this product. I was so impressed by how well a natural cleaner worked. I had to use a woolite option while waiting on my delivery (we had an asap mishap and ran out of product) and it literally bleached my carpet AND the chemical smell still lingers. We bought the shampoo too. Great pleasant smells that are super light and don’t take over the house. The only thing I don’t love is the bottle, it’s not designed to help you use the last fourth of the bottle. Also, can we get a refill on this one?

I was at my wits end with carpet cleaning products, each proclaiming that they could remove the deepest and worst stains and orders on the face of the earth. NOT ONE OF THEM WORKED. After another night researching carpet cleaning products this brand popped up on a google search and after reading the reviews and how the product worked I decided to give it a try. If this didn't work I was going to catch my carpets on fire and toss them out the windows. First off this product is very affordable and will go a long way following the instructions. So I went to see if Amazon carried the product and yes there it was along with several of Puracy's other products. I purchased this spray, Puracy Pet Stain and the concentrated carpet clear that you can use in a carpet cleaning machine. I sprayed the Pet Stain remover first, and left it over night. Then having read all the instructions and noted that as a concentrate you would have to go over your carpet several times to remove the cleaning solution from your carpets (No Problem) I proceeded to start the carpet cleaning process. I had to stop multiple times to empty the water reservoir because the soap suds do build up quickly. But Again Not A Problem. I was determined. Keep in mind some stains are going to be with you for life no matter what you try to use on them! The Results are beyond my greatest expectations. The deep stains are gone and the scent was not chemical or over bearing. A few places will need another go over but nothing that is a deal breaker for me using this product. Very very happy with the outcome. I've even used the Puracy Pet Stain on a black t-shirt with old oil stains from cooking and a pair of very dirty nylon tennis shoes, the stains are gone!! I'm totally sold on this product line. I've made two purchases so far and I think I'm going to be a life long user of this brand.

As a cat-Dad for two aging old ladies (15 & 17) it's just a fact that sometimes accidents happen. The Puracy Pet Stain & Odor Remover had pretty consistent positive reviews so I decided to give it a go. Use is straightforward and seems to be effective min tackling a few spots I tested on. The only additional advice I'll give if using full strength for an existing accident is that you do indeed need to apply some water after allowing the product to work for 24hrs to help break down the cleaner itself--in my case the cleaner never really dried until I re-wet it with fresh water and again agitated it slightly and blotted as dry as possible. I'm pleased with this product and the outcome and would recommend to anyone else needing to handle pet stains or odors.

UPDATE: This cleaner has created a nightmare in my living room. A $20 bottle of cleaner has never wreaked so much havoc. I purchased it because I was looking for a solution other than using my carpet shampooer for accidents while potty training my newly adopted 50lb puppy. The (simplified) instructions on the label tell you to apply, let it set for 8 hours, then remove using a carpet extractor with just water. On the website, they give instructions for cleaning manually. I’ve cleaned my carpet manually twice per instructions and used the shampoo attachment on my Kirby to remove the soap once, because I felt like doing it manually wasn’t getting it clean. For the record, there’s still a urine smell to my carpet after all three times. After this morning’s mess, I decided to just get out my friggin Kirby and not apply this stuff (because why do I need this stuff if I have to use my carpet cleaner anyway???). I used a full load of water and noticed the carpet was soapy when I finished. I did another load of water, more suds. Another load of water, even more suds. A fourth load of water and an hour later, my carpet is SOAKED and FULL of suds. The carpet pad underneath is SOAKED and FULL of suds. Keep in mind, I soaked up the water for fifteen minutes each of the four rounds. When I stand on my carpet and sink into it, suds almost completely cover my toes. I drug my coffee table off the carpet and it left a trail of suds on my hard wood floors. I rolled the rug back, rolled the carpet pad back, and dried up the floor. Keep in mind, I’ve cleaned my old carpet over my hard wood floors with my carpet cleaner attachment and regular “clean” carpet shampoo several times with no damage to the floors. I’ve cleaned my new carpet (the one in the photos) once using the same method without issue. It was only when I used this product with their “manual” technique that my nightmare began. I have no idea what I’m going to do to get the suds out of my carpet. The rug and carpet pad are currently rolled back and I have fans on them to dry them but it’s not going to get the suds out. I really have no idea what to do from here. I almost want to away and the rug I bought six weeks ago and get a new one so I don’t have to deal with it. 😭😭😭 Two days later, my carpet is almost dry AND STILL SMELLS LIKE URINE!!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ditched traditional chemical cleaners about a decade ago so I'm super sensitive to the smell of most cleaners. I now use Thieves for just about every cleaning application but with a new dog in the house (and consequently, new messes on the floor), I wanted something that was made for dog uh-ohs. First off, this cleaner smells so good! The scent is light and clean and it's not overpowering. And I feel pretty confident that it does its job. However, it left an oily residue on my hard wood floors that was irritating under bare feet. I had to use my Thieves cleaner to finish the job. To its credit, this cleaner isn't advertised for hard wood but it made me realize that if I use it on my carpet, I'll definitely need to use my carpet shampooer to rinse the carpet with water afterward.
