Amazing Automatic pump!!
WOW!! This sub pump is amazing & got rid of all the water that was running into my crawl space in under 5 mins. I’ve been dealing with standing water for 2 months because the foundation drainage on an old house has failed, causing water to backup into my crawl space. I took a 5 gallon bucket & drilled holes all around the sides & then wrapped a washable furnace filter around the outside of the bucket & secured it with zip ties. Once the bucket has enough water the pump turned on & was empty in 30 secs & then shutoff correctly & started back once the water was high enough. Perfect design with the drain connection on the top to make the pump the perfect size for my needs. I previously tried a float switch & it didn’t work at all. Very durable, easy to connect a hose. The power cord could be longer, but an extension cord fixed that issue.

DIY window well pump
Used for window well pump. Until I can afford to get drains placed around home. Have been using x1 year still working great has withstood brutal Midwest winter outside and now rainy weather keeps water out of basement. And keeps up with down pours.

Pumps muddy water well but sensor or location modifications may be needed.
The pump runs after the water is removed about 30 seconds as described in the instructions. Using the pump to remove muddy water from an irrigation box that floods with high rain. Muddy/sandy water sometimes causes the pump to not start. The fix - I kept it above the mud level by digging a hole and putting a screen over. Then setting the pump on the screen. It pumps muddy water well otherwise. The Auto on/off cover is unclear and not described in the instructions. I broke off the tab removing the cover trying to clean the sensor. Added a flexible band to hold it on. Maybe it not supposed to be removed? You can use the 30 second extra run time. Remove the Auto sensor and strap it in place in a clean area facing down on top of the pump. Place the pump in a hole. When the water reaches the top of the pump water will be removed to below the sensor then 30 seconds of extra pumping. Mud is in the bottom of the hole away from the sensor. 30 seconds pumps a lot of water. Nice pump that just needs a garden hose and place to plug in. The hose backflow works well. When the pump is at full speed, the water coming out of the hose is so powerful it digs holes in dirt/grass. Very high volume. The pump seems to pump at low speeds and at high speeds.

They stand by their pumps
Updated review. Seller reached out to me and processed the refund. They stood by their product. I purchased this pump for it's automatic feature. It worked for great for 3 days and stopped pumping after that. The motor would turn on and not turn off but it wouldn't pump water. I returned the pump and was denied a refund. I would not recommend this pump or the seller. They do not stand by their product.

A Pacific Northwest atmospheric river was nothing to this sump pump!
Well, I bought this a long time ago and knew that I was going to need it to replace an existing pump for under my house regretfully. I failed to install it before I needed it. It’s now December 2025 and we’re having torrential rain in the Pacific Northwest and I remembered I wasn’t hearing my sump pump working under my house. I took a peek into my crawlspace and I saw a lot of water. I pulled out the old sump pump, hook this new sump pump up to 100 foot hose that I have purchased plugged it in touched the spot and quickly placed it in the bucket. It immediately started a water flow out the other end of the hose it ran full flow from 3:30 PM until I just turned it off at midnight at that point it was just on and off in short burst. I’ll check it again in the morning and I’ll probably need to turn it back on, but it was a workhorse for nine hours. I can sleep now knowing that there’s no water under my house. Thank you for a tremendous product. The flow rate was awesome. The speed was incredible. The operation was quiet, I’m really impressed. The previous stump pump has worked for over 30 years under the house. I hope your product can do the same.

Not as advertised...
This review is for the Acquaer 1/3 HP Automatic Submersible Water Pump: The pump is being advertised as having a head pressure of 33.5 ft. with a water displacement of 2160 GPH. Technically, it may be able to do this with nothing attached to it. However, the pump cannot displace 2160 GPH as it is sold in a practical application, which is misleading. I purchased this pump to clear out water in a small area of my back yard that floods during heavy rain. By flooding I mean about 50 sq. ft. will have about 3 inches of water, that's just under 94 gallons, it isn't very much. The goal is to keep the water away from the house foundation. So, the problem... this pump comes with a check valve that mates to a 1-1/4" discharge port located in a vertical position at the top of the pump. The displacement steps down to a 3/4" hose connection, the check valve and 3/4" displacement ports are one integrated piece. The 3/4" step down compromises the discharge flow rate, that is to be expected. However, the discharge rate is cut by more than 50% and cannot even achieve a 6 foot vertical lift (Remember this pump is advertised as having 33.5 feet of lift). I contacted the customer service, they informed me that to get 2160 GPH, I would need a 1" hose connected to the 1" discharge port, (this wasn't a typo, the CS gave me the wrong discharge port size, it is 1-1/4", moot point, I know, but it is incorrect information from the CS, and this is their product.) I asked if they sold a 1-1/4" to 1" Adapter (because the pump doesn't come with one). They said they are out of stock, no idea when they will have them. Regardless, they should be sold with the pump to achieve the advertised flow rate. This notwithstanding, if I were to go by the CS advice, I would now be removing the check valve that comes with the pump, which further compromises the pumps head pressure and would create cavitation (air gaps). I think it is worth noting here, I purchased this pump because the specs. noted on the marketing page exceeded my means. There is no pump curve information on the product page or with the instructions that come with the pump to make further conclusions. So, for the reasons that I have stated here, the pump is not a good value for the money as the discharge rate of the pump as sold cannot be achieved. The pump itself seems to be well built, and setup is fast and easy. It is unfortunate that the discharge rates as sold do not match the specs. I would return the pump, but it did not rain here until I was passed my return date.

This will save me from the giant rain storms that happen once or twice a year. My drain tiles and roof drains work fine. Issue is we have a lot of asphalt as well and the pipe going into the sump out to the city gets overwhelmed with the volume of water. And thus water starts to fill up by the basement stairs. I have water sensors in the house, but decided to put in this pump to send the water further away in the back of the property rather than just use my trusty wet shop vac. Luckily our basement floor is tile and it just flows to the floor drain inside.

We were able to clear out water from a small pool (around 3 meters in depth) in around 4 hours. The pump was very easy to operate, and the garden hose fit perfectly.
