are these nuts only for cooking and baking?

Question for the manufacturer: What is the current expiration date for this product?

Each bag lists its own expiration date on the back towards the bottom. The one I just received says "BEST BY 02/26/21".

Is there any cross contamination with Dairy? Thanks!

Our Fisher Chef Natural recipe products are run on shared equipment which may run dairy containing products. We have a robust sanitation program in place to assure no cross contact between runs. We verify that lines are clean with testing prior to starting a new item to assure that there is no residue.

Wait a minute! One16-oz pkg is $6.72 with free shipping, but 2 6-oz pkgs is $19.36? I'm not a math genius, but even I know that doesn't add up.
