If people are wanting thicker hair I don’t think this is going to help, mine is really thin after years of colouring & use of heat though, so hasn’t made much difference on this but I’m only four months in. My nails, which were always brittle, soft and would chip and break are now strong and grow quickly so would recommend buying them just based on this. Good value for money for twelve months supply.
