I hurt my lower back and as soon as I started using this it was like Popeye getting spinach lol, I am in the middle of moving house and this helps me no end in doing what I must. I don't find it comfortable to drive in but sitting ok and bending, lifting etc its great. The only thing I will say is that its sizing label is poor, I bought large but it was too small and even extra large not that big. Otherwise I am very pleased.

Adjustable depending on how much pain you are in. I can put an ice pack on my lower back and adjust. I feel I can walk without fear of shooting pains
