Love this baby monitor, had to replace it due to it dropping and breaking but had it a while and has been brilliant

Poor quality
After having the monitor a little over a month the aerial has snapped clean off. Very weak and poor design. The monitor is now useless. Can't believe it only has a 1 month warranty. Very Dissapointing

Great Company
Bough the Camera and parent unit about 355 days ago, then the screen stopped charging, contacted customer help, they only asked for a picture showing the unit plugged in and not working then sent out a replacement free of charge, couldn't of been easier to deal with. the screen and camera both great quality, would highly recommend

Brill unit
Bought this as I have a baby & a toddler in seperate rooms & this monitor is able to have a split screen...yet to use it for both as yet but been using it for my toddler for a few months now & can't fault it. Misplaced the monitor so had to buy a replacement which is quite expensive but the unit as a whole is fab. Clear pictures & sounds...would recommend

Broke after 2 months. No way to get replacement under warranty
Item is incredible when working. Monitor has not had any water damage etc. it stopped alerting to hot or cold room temp or low battery. No way to contact seller despite item having legal warranty on it.
