However, given the price of those thin waffle-patterned rug pads, I still think I got a good deal. Good service from the seller, it shipped and arrived promptly. It gives a nice, cushy feel to my rug. It's not non-slip but you don't need a 9x12 pad to be due to the weight of the rug. My rug is slightly larger than 9x12 so I have approximately a 3 inch lip around the edge where the pad stops before the edge of the rug which is visible because of the thickness of the pad. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Decent Pad but you may want to request specific cut/size because mine needed to be re cut when I received it. *by J***H on Reviewed in the United States on September 29, 2014* This is a decent pad for the price. The description is "non-slip thick carpet rug" and it is not "non-slip" or "thick". The rug pad does not provide much cushion at all. The rug pad also produce a lot of residue from the felt side that I have to vacuum over and over again, if you have dust allergies....be aware.I reach out to RUG PAD CENTRAL and they said that they will accept the return but I will have to pay for the shipping. The shipping cost of returning the rug pad is about $40 which is half of the price of the rug. This policy is unfair because the item is not accurate to the description.
