This is the second case I have gotten from this brand. So the case itself is amazing and it hold the phone extremely well and protection is the best. The only issue I had with both cases is the plastic screen protector. It really gets in the way. The fingerprint recognition doesn't work even when messing with the sensitivity. So I decided to take a razor blade and cut the plastic screen off. It works so much better without it and so much cleaner. Dust gets trap between the plastic cover and the screen. That's the only issue for me. Other than that this case is perfect. Hope this helps!

This item was exactly as advertised and I’m very pleased with how functional and heavy duty it feels. One reviewer noted that there are visible dots on the screen protector and while it’s does appear to be true, it’s not at all noticeable except if you are looking extremely up close at something and the screen is dark (I noticed it in a dark scene of a tv show I was watching when I had it on pause). It is not noticeable on day to day use. The screen protector is unnoticeable and you forget it’s there (as opposed to other phone cases I’ve owned where the screen protector doesn’t sit flush against the screen and you can feel it when using the phone). No complaints!

I wanted to love this case. I'm pretty sure the one I got was a return, there were fingerprints on the inside and the front part of the case was attached to the back upside down, leaving the hole for the front facing camera at the bottom of the screen. Easily fixed though, but I suspect I'm not the only person returning it. The case is very sturdy, and the phone fits tightly inside. I feel like I could throw the phone/case high into the air and let it hit the pavement and the phone would be fine. The reason I am returning it is the front clear screen protector. I didn't really want one (I put screen protectors on the screen itself), but since I wanted a case that covers the curved sides of the Galaxy 22 Ultra, I ordered this case. It protects the curved sides beautifully. Unfortunately, the clear screen protector that is integrated as part of the case has a round tacky dot so that you can use that part of the screen to let the phone recognize your thumbprint. I have no use for the thumbprint "feature" as the phone recognizes my smartwatch, and it is annoying that there is a round dot distorting the screen. I'm not willing to have a distorted screen for a feature I do not want/use. If this case came without the integrated screen protector, I would keep it because it REALLY protects the phone.

The case itself is fine, I've dropped my phone a few times (nothing crazy, maybe about 5-6 feet down), and it hasn't cracked or broken. The screen protector part, that's a different story. It protects the screen, yes, but it is not very responsive to touch, especially not consistently. The outer edges are the worst, and the finger print recognition is pretty bad. It was easy to put on, though!

Prima hoesje alleen de vingerscanner werkt niet . Krijg elke keer de melding dat het niet gelezen kan worden. Andere vingerscanner erop gezet maar werkt ook niet. Is hier een oplossing voor? Groetjes Patrick Westdorp
