This is probably the easiest produce I have ever assembled! Granted it was only a few pieces and it wasn't rocket science but still. Absolutely love the simplicity of it! Hard to believe something so simple to put together, can produce such a difference in your body.This takes up almost 0 space in my bedroom. Not one of those bulky exercise equipments you wake up in the middle of the night and stub your toe on either. That right there is a winner alone. I let my kids try it first since they are the reason my body isn't what it used to be. My oldest said it was pretty easy for hil and my youngest got mad and threw it.Moms turn. Being 5'9", I take up some space. Middle of the living room with nothing in the 360 radius of me just incase of whatever accident I could produce out of this happens.Main fear was stretching too far and having this thing keep rolling while I lose my grip and I face plant on my hard floors. Didn't happen. The grips were great. Even after 2 rolls and stretching, I felt it the burn. Lol. I don't want to say it was a good burn because no burn feels good but this one was in a good direction. Lol.It held me up! That's an accomplishment in itself. Lol.I love this! Hope I can shed some weight off while still not plowing my face into the ground while doing it!

The media could not be loaded.  This PRO ABS Roller has been amazing and a huge help with getting my abs in shape. Everyone in my household has been using it and loving it. It is so easy to use that even my 20 month old son is able to do it. The handles have an easy grip that are comfortable to where your hands don't hurt keeping you from having to stop before wanting to. I use this every day and will continue to use it as part of my workout routine.

Oh God! My abs! Hurt like hell. I have only had this a week but it is definitely doing what it is supposed to do. Love It. I use it twice a day as many reps as I can. YOU WILL KNOW WHEN TO STOP!!!!Second review: I have had the abs roller wheel about 3 weeks - My husband says "Looking Good". You can sure tell the difference in my body in this short time. I enjoy this and have got my grandchildren trying it out. They think MeMe is crazy!

The package arrived in a very timely matter. It came in a clean, easy to read box with clear printed instructions. My abs were extremely sore after initial use but given some time and a regular workout routine, my abs and lower back have never felt better! I have owned the  V-Act Sports PRO ABS Workout Roller Wheel Exercise Equipment w/ Knee Mattress - Sturdy And Well Made - Blue - PP - Fit For All Surfaces And Extremely Light ...  for about a month now and with constant use this equipment is really holding up(sturdy and well made indeed!). It rolls smooth as the day I got it.If you're in need of a sturdy, long lasting ABS roller or maybe in search of a good workout to strengthen your core, then I definitely would recommend this product!

Plastic roller smells terrible and gives my wife a headache. Will look for a BPA free, or better still, plastic free alternative. My wife says she is sure this product will give her cancer. She says it needs to be tested.

My 9 year old son absolutely loved this exercise equipment. He doesn't really need to build abs, but he does enjoy the sensory experience and this fun new exercise to add to our morning calestenics routine. Now me, if I tried this one, I am not sure my knees would let me get back up, but he does fantastic on it and has even created his own new exercise routine to music. It is hilarious!

This was my first ab roller wheel to use with two wheels most of them I have tried in the past only had one wheel. So I was unsure what to expect. However it was easy to put together, and works well. I think the double wheel provides more support and I feel less likely to injure myself. The double wheel does not impede the ability to go in a straight line or curve off to the side to work your side obliques. I also appreciate the fact that this came with a foam knee pad for extra comfort.

This took less than 30 seconds to put together. It's easy to take back apart to make storage easier, too.There are no instructions but the side of the box comes with a few pictures. It's not complicated to figure out. The knee pad was an unexpected bonus in the box. I've only used it a couple days so I can't tell you how much it's worked on my core yet. I was stiff the first morning after I first used it so I know it's doing something.
