But it was perfect for what I needed (pumping waste motor oil), and it’ll probably last the rest of my life.Don’t get it to pump water, though. Doesn’t like it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Update: Haven’t used but seems very durable except the plastic nozzle that goes overhead spout *by S***N on Reviewed in Canada on 16 January 2024* Definitely seems high quality although I haven’t used it yet but it’s definitely a good investment! The plastic end/nozzle that goes over the spout is basically next to useless and I won’t be even trying to use it; I bought a clamp and a decent fuel transfer hose with a 1” inner diameter and even bought a end cap for the opposite end so it doesn’t get dirty…. It’s a couple of small upgrades to make this a very high end tool now although it’s high quality by the looks and feel of it; I mean a hand pump is a hand pump and this doesn’t lack other than the cheap raggedy plastic end for the spout so I’d definitely recommend buying it and making yourself a very handy tool! Update: I’ve used it and the speed it pumps is absolutely amazing!! I’ve read reviews of people complaining it wouldn’t work with oil but if you actually read the directions it quite clearly states to not use for anything thicker or heavier than diesel so take some of the reviews in stride because it’s working amazing for me!! We’ll see about the longevity of it over time but it works great and seems extremely durable and as I said already; a rotary pump is a rotary pump and it’s pretty hard to mess that up when making it! I would make the suggestions I already talked about with the 1” inner diameter hose and a clamp on it and I also put the inner NPT threaded pipe on the end and attached a threaded cap so it doesn’t get dirty when not in use but I wouldn’t hesitate it buying this and buy it discounting the little rubber accordion like nozzle they send with it because that’s not worth much and I’ve never even put it on so you can even have mine if you want it lol…; but seriously well worth the money! ### ⭐ Never worked *by E***L on Reviewed in the United States on 5 April 2024* Purchased a few of these and all leaked from first use.
