Bought this for use with lighting effects and it does the job perfectly. If you are looking for that low lying spooky looking fog you see in movies, you will need to build or buy a fog chiller. The fog comes out hot to warm, and rises to fill a room, just like real fog. I would buy this again.

This fog machine, while small, really cranks out the fog. As a result, you will use more fog liquid, so keep that in mind. This unit can disperse fog quickly and fill a large size room in no time. I was amazed at the amount and quality of the fog. The unit comes with an antenna remote, which is convenient, instead of having to walk up to the unit and hit a button, like some of the older models out there. This unit is of good quality for a fair price.

I did not see anywhere in the instructions or cautions that the fire alarm can offset the Fire Department when using this machine. Well now I know. Do not use this is you smoke alarm detertor. This will cause the fire department to give you a visit.

I used this in a weekend production. I actually bought two. Both worked great, remotes had no issue picking up from across stage. I bought a small quart of liquid and split it between the two and didn't run out.

This works great for Halloween night. I don't think I would use it for other occasions because its a little loud.
