For business people who wish to avoid frequent changes, this pad requires cutting in half and using double. Surprising that this manufacturer misses that market.

For such a small pad, it really holds a lot!!! I was impressed with the absorbency with this small pad, however, it was too small for me. I use these booster pads on the sides of the underwear & then insert the actual pad between. This helps keep side leakage to a minimum. But I went to a larger pad. I don't know if Attends has a larger pad, so I will look again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this product, not only does it really help with "surges" it was soft and nice next to your skin.

My daughter uses them already wish I could find one that was about that thin but more absorbent

Their dimensions are: 9 3/4" x 3 1/2" x 4 mm. So thin, they cannot, and do not, serve the purpose they were intended. The only way to salvage the purchase is to put two together.
