And he hates it. We only tried to use it for about 20 minutes. Just didn't work for us.I just wanted to add that the customer service for this product has been great. When I was not satisfied with the product, the emailed me with suggestions on how to help it be useful to my son. This balance belt is AMAZING, period. The first day we used it, my daughter was a mess, lol. We were practically carrying her as we went, but once she realized we were there for here and there was no way she could fall, she finally started putting her all into it. We were blown away by the progress on just the second day! We introduced this last Sunday, practiced about 10 minutes most afternoons through the week, and by this Sunday, a week later, she was telling us she wanted to try it without the belt, and she was off! That same day she was riding faster, attempting turns, and just grinning from ear to ear because she was so proud of herself. I love seeing that look of pride on her face - it's awesome! I honestly have no idea how she would have ever gotten the hang of riding without training wheels without this. She was so far off just a week ago, yet here she is riding on two wheels on her own!!
