Great Buy and works amazingly
I had to come back and show this product some love. This worked flawlessly for us when we went to Punta Cana. We used it while snorkeling and under a water fall. All of our photos and video came out fantastic. I was able to switch to different photo filters and options on phone while in the case as well. My only knock is that it’s bulky. Other than that, my phone was dry and safe after every use.

Water does not get in and I’ve used this in St Thomas and Puerto Rico!

Questionable reviews and inferior product
Firstly, I was attracted by the 4.5 star reviews. This has now dropped to 4 stars. Look at the user pictures and you will see that the 5 star reviews were in relation to a phone case that shares NOTHING in common with the "professional" snorkeling case.A scan reviews on other identical / near identical cases is 3 stars or so, so the 5 star review in light of the pictures is quite fishy. The product itself is adequate at best. While it works, it barely does so because:1. The button trigger, which is necessary for salt water due to touch screen capacitance, only works 60% of the time2. The actual touch screen won't work because the cover is too far from the actual phone screen, meaning you have to press quite hard to get it to register your touches

May not be safe for scuba diving
The case worked great for snorkeling and we got amazing photos! It seemed to work a little better with my iPhone 12 Pro Max vs my husband's Galaxy- he kept accidentally hitting something on his phone that would cause him to close his camera app. We took our cases with us to go on a "discovery" scuba dive, where you don't very deep, and our guide said that because the case is made of a hard plastic and not glass, the pressure under water could cause the case to break. So if you want to use this for scuba diving, I would do more research to figure out if it's the best option or not. It was great for snorkeling!!!

Maybe not the best for touch screen phones
This case worked great....until the screen timed out. I took off all security and extended my screen time out as long as I could go but once it went off, I could not unlock my screen without taking the phone out of the case. Read carefully that this case does not support touch screen. It works slightly when dry and definitely not enough to unlock the screen once the case was all locked up.

literally my best purchase ever!
Photos speak for themselves!!Bought this to take to Hawaii with us for snorkeling. Tested it at home with paper towels in side and lots of mugs on top to hold it under the water. Tested it for an hour and a half - no water! Took it to Hawaii and oh my goodness the photos seriously speak for themselves! Instructions were easy, love that it fits different sized phones - we used a iPhone 13. Not a single water inside after 4 hours of use! Definitely will be recommending this! Used it multiple times on our trip.

worked great for snorkeling - iPhone 13 pro
I had a waterproof case already but was not sure if it was good enough for snorkeling. Used this snorkeling in Honduras and worked very well. It is a little difficult to press the phone screen through the case screen, but I managed. I only went about 30 feet deep, so I don't know how deep this case will work. Came with a nice wrist strap so not to drop it and loose it forever in the ocean.

4.5 STARS. A very well thought out (upgraded designed) product.
Current price point at the time/date of this review: $55.99 with no discount/coupon currently being offered by the seller at this time. Reasonable price point, but I would like to see a seller provided discount/coupon dropping the price to somewhere in the mid $40’s or less. The construction is decent with this particular “diving phone case”. I like the fact it’s designed to cater to a variety of phones and mobile devices – and not just to a select few. A few examples of why this is a TRULY universal phone cover is the fact that it accommodates to several different positioning of your mobile device’s camera lens – due to the wide open window on the back. Also it also for button controls on the left or right side of the case, which is very thoughtfully put out seeing as mobile manufacturers/designers tend to place the volume/power buttons on either end… or both.It comes with sufficient grading to keep the water out, however I’m skeptical at how well it’ll truly perform especially in deep dive situations closer to the unit’s limit: 15m/50ft. I’ve had other “waterproof” cases in the past that still ended up leaking. My recommendation – if possible – at least for your first “test” dive try and wrap your mobile phone in a sealed (thin) zip lock or in a transparent baggie designed for underwater use before placing this into the unit. Then check afterwards whether water leaked through or not. In any case, until my next vacation plan comes to fruition and I can actually test it out in a deep dive, I’ll reserve any judgement or speculation I might have about it.Note: don’t expect crystal clear results in most cases using this underwater. Video/photo usually looks a little murkier and discoloured underwater. A good deal of post editing helps, but keep your expectations in check. This case is also REALLY useful on sand or getting splashed. Too often we think about the deep dive component, but it’s also really handy to keep dirt/splashes out. Not to mention for any other rugged activity you can think of. Also great for different climates: rain/snow/mud, etc..

Waterproof, designed well but your mileage may vary
I am giving 5 stars because it does what it promises. Totally waterproof in reasonable conditions and situations as specified, can be adjusted, but in the end, it depends on your phone and how it works.I do have one concern, there is a front 'thumbscrew' that is not advertised anywhere on the paperwork or box, nor the ad listing. It also does not show up on any of the pictures on the packaging and instructions, and on the listing, there is exactly ONE picture that shows it. What is this ?For me, we use a Samsung S10 which works as it is described to, However my Pixel 6 does not due to the reversed power/volume settings. Not a big deal because the touch screen also works in our situation. We have a trip planned which involves underwater activities, so after two seperate tests (Under water in two different depths for 1 hr+ with tissues inside), I am happy to say it works. However, I would always test it before every use just in case. for obvious reasons. The photo quality seems fine, obviously the camera is behind a plastic screen, so there will be some tradeoff in quality, so in certain lighting conditions, the plastic may react differently then glass.Again, a small tradeoff for safety.Overall, this will be in our travel bag, and even for future cottage trips at the lake. I dropped my phone in the lake last year, it was not fun. I've learn my expensive lesson once, never twice!

Hard to install and way too bulky.
I have a Samsung s21 ultra and it fit. Just just way too bulky to carry around. Installing it was difficult at times especially when you're traveling around. I'd have to properly install and prepare ahead of time to make sure it works. Then when that's done sometimes I can't unlock my phone because the screen just isn't super vacuum sealed. So I have to quickly take it out to change setting to always have the display on and not turn off. It won't record underwater either , my Samsung just stops recording when submerged with the case on. And the final straw was a separate occasion when the water just completely got in lol. This was with proper installment because I double checked and redid it again and water still got in. Glad my phone itself was waterproof somehow because it survived a cenote swim submerged in water. I've had lifeproof cases before and this doesn't even compare.

Great with smaller iPhone model , don’t get this if you have a 13 pro max
It work really well but not if you have the bigger iPhone model like 13 pro max .

Didn't Work
I could not get this to work with my phone (Samsung S20FE). The 'button' didn't work so my phone would never turn on to select video.I looked to be well made and I am confident that it was waterproof. I just didn't want to keep such an expensive item that didn't work well for me.
