If you have facial hair this is the best way to be out your door in no time. I take a heated hot roller as I wear hair extentions so I roll my hair too, but I warm this wax first that is paper wrapped for a second maybe and I never had anything work this well and I been waxing since I had a hysterectomy at 25 am 67 and have found the answer without hurting myself.

How to use these effectively: 1) I use scissors to cut the strips to the size I need. 2) I use my hair dryer on medium to heat up the strips in the palm of my hand, which makes it warm enough to stick and actually take off your hair. 3) I use Gigi Pre Epilation Powder which also significantly helps the wax to stick while also protecting your skin. 4) Because the package only comes with three wax removal clothes, I figured out that micellar cleansing water actually works really well to remove any wax residue. I already use it as makeup remover and it actually works great - I recommend using it on like a reusable cotton pad rather than a cotton ball.For $15 a pack, this has saved me significant amounts of money going to get my brows and lip waxed. When you cut them to size they last a while. Like one pack of these last me almost a year and a half. The Gigi Pre Epilation powder will last you forever - I've had it for 2 years and I'm not even halfway through it. It's very small investment to make these strips work but they work a great for me. And since some other reviewers noted this, I actually have PCOS as well, so my facial hair can be pretty coarse in spots and as long as I do these steps, it works great. Warming it up with the hair dryer is the way to go and I can't recommend using that Pre Epilation podwer enough! Gigi also has a little mini "sample kit" with other stuff for waxing too (pre waxing cleanser, post wax cooling gel, etc) but if you're on a budget, really the only thing you need is that powder.

After nearly 3 years of full time mask wearing I’ve kind of ignored the lush mustache I’ve been growing but as masks are slowly coming down, I’ve realized I needed to handle the situation. Of course I could pay someone to do the waxing but why pay for someone to cause me pain when I can just do it myself? I don’t think there is any actual way to forcibly remove hair from your body without discomfort but this came pretty close.Here are some notes on my experience:1) One strip is actually two. When you peel them apart you’ve got two strips ready to go!2) I have cold hands basically all the time so I actively warmed the strips between my palms for a full minute and it worked perfectly.3) I followed the instructions from here and everything went great! Firmly apply in the direction of the hair growth, smooth down with your fingers in the same direction a few times and then pull it firmly off holding your skin taut. Bam! 90+% of my hair is now on the strip!Of course there are going to be the random hairs that go rogue and just want to stay there but I found that “touching up” with the strip got a few more easily and the rest could easily be tweezed.No skin was ripped off but I could see that being an issue if you use a new full strip more than once in the same spot. The instructions tell you not to do that so don’t.I did end up with little welts in a few spots but I *always* do regardless of waxing method and who does it. A little cool compress and a couple of hours takes care of it.I would absolutely recommend these. They work so well and the price is fantastic. Give them a try.

I have tried many different wax strips for upper lip and this is the only one that has ever worked for me!! Don't get frustrated if it doesn't work the greatest the first time- it definitely is on a learning curve. Also, if you have waxed the skin already and didn't get everything, DO NOT re-wax it! At that point, go get your tweezers because this wax definitely has some stick to it and will wax off your skin if you over-wax.

TMI - Still have dark upper lip hair. This works. My chin has WHITE stiff hairs and it really does not work well on those.

I bought for my upper lip line and these work great. They get all the hair out on the first attempt on each side. They are gentle enough and they came with wipes to remove any residual wax. Price is great for amount of strips included. Will last a long time and it's very convenient to have at home when I cannot get to a salon. THANK YOU.

Not super sticky, can't use the strips more than once and they are just one size, so if you have a larger area like your cheeks, you have to use several. I still see a lot of peach fuzz after using. I do like that the packaging is only the size of the product. Not awful, but I will stick to the Sally Hansen strips i have used before.
