Benebone Wishbone Chew Toy for Dogs (Real Bacon, Giant)

If you've a high energy dog who's chewing everything including your furniture, give him this. It keeps my dog busy and entertained. Now when he's overly excited when someone comes home, he greets them and then goes to chew on this bone. You need to train him though but I highly recommend this. One thing to note is that this is for aggressive chewers only, which my dog is; normal chew toys don't last very long. If your dog isn't an aggressive chewer and you give him this, you can expect bloody gums.

This is our third purchase of the wishbone, we started out with the medium headed to the large when he was a year and now at 37kg and a year and a half we're going for the giant. Our boy is a typical Lab just a little crazier, the vet and I are great friends from all our visits, he chews and swallows everything! He can chew through a bully stick in ten minutes, those other branded chew toys he can snap apart in 15 and then swallows them, soft toys he can destroy in under 5 minutes. There is no stopping this menace. But the benebone has withstood this menace and he spits out any large pieces. With that in mind unless your dog is a monster chewer I would be wary, the noises he makes when he's eating this sounds like he's breaking a tooth! I have checked with the vet and his teeth are perfect and she says let him chew. Do also be careful when they wander round with them in their mouth after a few too many drops on bare toes we all wear shoes or slipper here, these things are heavy and they hurt. We get about four months out of them but we do have four different types in rotation to prolong them.
