African Dried Crayfish used for seasoning. Freshwater wild-caught. 100% Natural (Powder)

I received my crayfish quickly and it was exactly as described! It had NO sand or dirt in it. I used it to prepare one of my favorite soups, and the taste was AMAZING! I highly recommend this crayfish.

Completely tastes like authentic African crayfish. The last crayfish from home wasn't that clean, but this was absolutely clean and really tasty! Also it arrived early in this really cool packaging. Love it!

The media could not be loaded. I don’t think I’ve ever had crayfish before, but I love shrimp…so I thought I’d try the Roots & Blessing African Dried Crayfish. I decided to try the ‘whole’ crayfish rather than the powdered version. I thought they might be a good addition to ramen soups. The results were kind of mixed. I soaked the crayfish in hot water for a while first…but as they are un-shelled, they’re still pretty crunchy. It was good, though, if I didn’t put too many in there. Good crayfish taste, and no foreign matter.I think next time I’ll whirl them up in the food processor and use them as a seasoning powder, as suggested.

I would not recommend this product because there are bits of sand in the crayfish power!

I was a little skeptical about buying crayfish online but I most confess that this crayfish is really good. I used it to cook Ogbono soup. The taste, and smell was rich and amazing. It had some big prawns in the mix (which I enjoy eating). There's no dirt or sand. I highly recommend this product.
