I love love love this fire pit. In my camping career I have never been so satisfied with such an easy to use fire pit. I used normal sized logs and they were totally supported by the pit. Then once I was done I dumped my ashes folded it up, and put it away like it was never there. For campers we know how a fire pit can take a lifetime to cool down. With this above ground setup it cools down faster. I would by this again.

I love how lightweight, compact and transportable this is. Plus getting looks from people as if you just set a chair on fire is pretty hilarious in itself. One thing I had happen was after my first days use, the heat of the fire caused the nuts to expand larger than the bolts which aren't that large. So when I got home, the entire thing fell apart.BUT, if you are a skateboarder like me or know a skateboarder or just live near a skate shop, just ask them for four skate deck screws and use those in replacement of the original screws and bolts. Not only are they longer and grip better, you can actually tighten them much easier since they aren't tiny. Oh and the grommets could be more secure in the mesh but dealing with high temps, i know it can be difficult.Other than that, I love this thing.

I wouldn't discourage anyone from buying this since it packs down fairly small for its size and is very light weight. It's a bit weird to set up the first few times but gets easier. There are some small clips that are pretty easy to lose and I would recommend tying them together to help prevent that. It's holds decent amount of fire wood and puts off a good amount of heat to stay warm. It does burn though firewood pretty fast. Overall I like it and will keep it in my rotation for future trips.

I'm not a fan of this model I have bought 4 or 5 of this style fire pit and this one was the worst one... not sure if they redesigned it but I don't like it

I love this. It's fun during camping to just take it out and start a fire. I use the legs unexstended so that I can use my grill over it. The wire screen comes off nice, ( one if the rivets cane out of my corner as soon as it was put on the edge) but I used it anyways. It's light weight, easy to put together after the first time and fun.

The stainless steel tubes are machines to a very tight tolerance and took a little bit of time (30 seconds or so) to line the tube up. Not a big issue at all. Just illustrates the quality of this product. Easy to assemble the remaining parts and held up to an evening of firewood! Highly recommend purchasing.

This is awesome, light weight, fast to setup, makes for easy cleanup. Used this a bunch of times and in great shape.

I've had a few fires on this thing. I honestly thought after dousing the first one that the metal mesh would brittle and just break immediately. But it's been holding up very well.Won't be the biggest fire you've ever had but it great for the back yard! Just split your wood up a little smaller than usual.

Perfect for my needs of going from camp to camp!Recommended
